The Mario Fan-arts

I've made a few Mario fan-art pieces over the years, based largely on the classic games.

Super Mario Bros. 2 USA by way of Fleischer cartoons, which as you can see by the signature, is the oldest piece here, from way back in 2018. This was done on both Sketchbook and Illustrator.

These were a lot of fun to plan out and make, some fisheye Mario 1 & World Forest of Illusion goalposts.

When Super Mario Wonder was coming out and they revealed the elephant power-up? Naturally, as a Disney animation lover and long-time Disney VHS collector, I just... Had to!

This image is an homage to the 1985 video release of Dumbo, in the "Classics" line. Right down to the page curl on the bottom right, though sometimes I wish I had drawn a feather in his trunk instead of a mushroom, that would track lol.

So, I may have mentioned, but... I write and draw a webcomic! Titled Terra's Cosmic Start-over.

It's about a burnt out and demotivated autistic enby woman who left a shitty future Earth, who is trying to start a new life somewhere deep in the cosmos and rebuild her sense of self.

I began working on this comic back in February of 2021, and soft-launched it in a way through what I now call the "beta"/"recalled" version. Then, after a while of redesigning the look of it and re-configuring what it all was, I relaunched it back in November on Comicfury. Chapter One is currently underway. You can read it all on there!

But, on here, I'll give you a sample of it!

TEST DRIVE 5 & 6 With Custom Soundtracks

I wanted to give myself a little something to do, in-between the bigger projects that take up a lot of my time and effort, or ones that just hit snags because I have no idea how to solve a problem in one of them. It's always nice to put stuff together, even if it's small or relatively minor compared to what it is you love to do.

Growing up in the late '90s and early '00s, I played A LOT of Test Drive 5 and Test Drive 6. I have PSOne copies of both, and often play both nowadays. And I wanted to put some of my favorite songs/tracks in the games, which already have soundtracks that I've always loved... Maybe even do some edits with them down the line, depending on where my mood is at:

Had mostly Spyro and classic Disney fantasy on the brain, along with Puss in Boots: The Last Wish and other assorted things like that. The fae going from the arch to the moon, what this world is and what it's all about... I probably don't know, like it was in a dream, passing by...

Hello Again / RETVRN!

This is an experiment for now... I don't know how far this'll go...

But, I'm getting disillusioned with social media, microblogging, etc. etc. I'm a '90s baby who wants to return to having a little village of sorts that I can update w/ personal stuff and whatnot. I want to dedicate this one to my life, art, my webcomic, and my other creative endeavors. A place where it's not in an endless wide-highway race w/ a million other things, vying for eyeballs, engagement, and clicks. Sorry, I don't mean to sound crotchety at age 32 1/2, but it's kind of where I'm at!

Oh yeah, it's a NO A.I. zone here. If one isn't familiar w/ what's going on on places like Bluesky, there was a trend going around Twitter (I ain't calling it "X") where people were AI-generating "starter packs" of themselves, like they're dolls in a cardback package. So, REAL artists retaliated by drawing/designing their own starter packs, and I wanted to pitch in because I liked the idea a lot and I always like to stick it to this gen-AI crap.

With that... yeah...
